PRIMARILY FUN is the third in the PRIME TIME series of original quilt designs from Textile Arts Studio. I've included photos of PRIMARILY FUN as it appeared on the design wall at the Dahmen Barn and some close-ups of the finished quilt.

The fun begins!

Continuing Fun!

Primarily Fun! was exactly that for me. It allowed me to explore the relationship between the light and dark of my black and white collection, even as a accentuated their differences with bursts of brights. For awhile I thought the quilt would be called "Black, white and bright" but it became part of the Prime Time series and named itself "Primarily Fun!" Many have entered my studio and remarked, "That's fun!" without even knowing its name.
